WELCOME!
TEACHING
Violist Mark Pfannschmidt was voted 2011 Teacher of the Year award by the MD/DC Chapter of the American String Teachers Association. His viola and violin students have won auditions for Maryland All-State, AYP, MCYO, PVYO, FRYO and ASCYO. Since 2001, he has been on the faculty of the National Philharmonic Summer String Institutes, teaching violin, viola, chamber music and music theory.
ACCOMPANYING
Mr. Pfannschmidt has more than five decades of experience as a piano accompanist. Along with numerous studio recitals, he also collaborates with students for recordings, competitions and festivals.

GETTING TO THE STUDIO
1. Park on the street.
2. Follow the walkway on the left side of the house to the stairs.
3. Studio entrance is in the back of the house and down the stairs.
